Bunas is judging
English
Proverb
Bunas is judging
Explanation
said of those who keep putting off and postponing their decisions. For Bunas was an Athenian, as Mnaseas says, to whom the Eleans, being at variance with the Calydonians, entrusted the case, supposing they had only to wait for him to give judgement. Bunas, learning this, listened to both parties but kept postponing his decision until his death.
Greek
Proverb
Explanation
