Explanation

ἐπὶ τῶν τὰ μηδενὸς ἄξια κλεπτόνεων λέγεται ἡ παροιμία. Μετενήνεκται δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν Σικελῶν, τὰς ἀβρώτους ὄμφακας κλεπτόντων, Μέμνηται ταύτης Ἐπίχαρμος.
