Φιλίππου Ναύπακτον ἑλόντος Ἀχαιοὶ τοὺς φρουροὺς ἀπέσφαξαν καὶ Παυσανίαν τὸν ἄρχοντα τῆς φρουρᾶς ἀπέκτειναν, ὥς φησι Θεόπομπος.
