Explanation
ὅτι μὴ χρὴ ἐν αὐτοῖς τοῖς πράγμασι βουλεύεσθαι, ἀλλὰ πρὸ τῶν πραγμάτων· παρόσον καὶ οἱ τὰ ἱερεῖα προςάγοντες πρὸ τοῦ καλλιερῆσαι βουλεύονται.
