Explanation

ὁ πονηρός· πονηροὶ γὰρ οἱ Κίλικες· ἢ ὅτι λῃστείαις χρώμενοι ἐπ’ ὠμότητι διεβέβληντο. Καὶ οἱ Ἀττικοὶ. δὲ τὰς πικρὰς τιμωρίας Κιλικίους καλοῦσιν.
